Introduction
At The Purple Mango, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change; however, to ensure smooth operations and availability for all customers, we follow the below policy:
No Refund Policy
All bookings made with The Purple Mango are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.
Date Modification Option
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide flexibility to our guests:
- Guests can reschedule their booking to a different date
- Date changes are subject to availability
- Requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date
- The revised booking must be utilized within a specified validity period (e.g., 3 months)
Price Difference (If Applicable)
If the new booking date has a higher tariff, the guest will be required to pay the difference
If the new date has a lower tariff, the difference amount will not be refunded
If the new date has a lower tariff, the difference amount will not be refunded
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, bookings may be rescheduled as per mutual agreement, subject to availability.
Booking Transfer
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person without prior approval from management.
