We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other authorized methods. Any payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or through the booking platform. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the website. No refund will be made for early check-out, partial stay, or no-show unless otherwise specified. Purple Mango reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of emergencies, natural disasters, or situations beyond our control.
